We couldn’t be happier with our new hot tub from Patio Pleasures! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect model to fit our needs and budget. They took the time to answer all our (many!) questions, never once being pushy. Delivery and installation went off without a hitch and right on schedule. The team made sure everything was set up properly and even gave us a helpful walkthrough before they left. We’ve been using the hot tub regularly, and it’s honestly one of the best investments we’ve ever made. It’s super relaxing, great for relieving sore muscles, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. If you’re considering a hot tub, we can’t recommend Patio Pleasures enough. I recently had the pleasure of working with Sara and the team at Patio Pleasures on a significant project involving the installation of an in-ground fiberglass pool in our backyard. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The project was quite extensive, requiring the construction of block retaining walls on our sloped yard, and it involved a coordinated effort among multiple teams. Patio Pleasures served as the pool and equipment provider, working seamlessly with contractors responsible for engineering the retaining walls, electricians, concrete specialists, and landscapers. We recently had a fiberglass swimming pool put in as part of our new home construction. Patio Pleasures was excellent at helping us find the perfect pool! We are new pool owners so… there is quite a learning curve in making sure we had all the information we needed to get the right pool and to learn how to take care of it properly. The staff at Patio Pleasures are dedicated to making their customers happy and excellent at empowering them with the information they need to be successful pool owners. Patio Pleasures hosted a Pool School for new owners to learn about managing the pool chemicals and we had one on one training on-site to learn about our pool equipment. The advantage of working with Patio Pleasures is that they are local and we can go in anytime to have our water tested and get answers to our questions. I would highly recommend working with Patio Pleasures not only because of the high quality of their product, but also for the level of ongoing customer services that comes with a pool purchase. We are extremely happy with our pool!
